UNIMART AFRICA
Community Guidelines
These Community Guidelines explain what is and isn't allowed on UNIMART AFRICA. They are our primary content moderation policy for listings, services, opportunities, profiles, reviews, messages, and AI-assisted content. They work together with our Acceptable Use Policy, Terms of Service, Seller Terms, and Service Provider Terms.

4. How moderation works
We may review content and accounts when:
- A user reports a problem
- Automated systems flag risk (fraud, spam, abuse)
- Partners, campuses, or payment providers raise concerns
- We conduct routine quality or safety checks
Actions we may take include warning, removing or limiting content, demoting listings, restricting features, suspending or terminating accounts, and—where required—reporting to authorities or institutions.
We aim to act proportionately and promptly on clear harm (scams, harassment, illegal content). We are not obligated to pre-screen every post.
5. Reporting
If you see something that breaks these Guidelines, contact info@unimartafrica.com with links, screenshots, and a short description. Good-faith reports help keep campuses safe. False or retaliatory reports may themselves violate this policy.
6. Appeals
If you believe we moderated your content or account in error, email info@unimartafrica.com with your account details and why you believe the decision should be reviewed. We will consider appeals in good faith but may uphold decisions that protect users or the Platform.
7. Changes
We may update these Guidelines as the Platform grows. Continued use after the effective date of an update means you accept the revised Guidelines.
